Japan Centre student volunteer activities

The Japan Centre will draw on the assistance of current ANU students who have volunteered to provide academic assistance for participating secondary school students during the workshop.

  • Help with the Ursula Hall room key distribution.
  • Answer participants’ questions about life and study at university.
  • Assist with the Japanese language activities.
    • Assist with the Algorithm March
    • Assist with the treasure hunt
    • Assist with in-class activities

Application procedure

Student volunteers will not be paid, however, they will received a $50 iTunes voucher in thanks for their participation. To apply as a Japan Centre Student Volunteer, please complete the online Japan Centre Volunteer Application Form.
