Pollen Day with the 2024 National Youth Science Forum
On Friday, 12 January 2024, around 30 senior high school students visited our Archaeology and Natural History labs to learn about all things pollen.
It was a really fun start to the year, with Professor Simon Haberle and the ANH crew educating the audience on pollen with talks, demos and games related to pollen, sediment cores and 3D imagery and printing.
Thank you to National Youth Science Forum in Australia for the opportunity, and a big shout out to the students who particpated – your enthusiasm for science is inspiring!
